Nebraska State Capitol Building, Governor's waiting room
Description
This interior view of the Governor's waiting room in the Nebraska State Capitol Building shows a vaulted ceiling of brick and plaster, wood paneled walls and an open expanse of wood floors. Two wood and leather armchairs and a wood and leather sofa on casters sit spaced out along the walls.
The Nebraska State Capitol Building is located at 1445 K Street. Construction started on this third capitol building, designed by Bertram Grosvenor Goodhue, in 1922 and was completed in 1932.
