Haecker the Secretary and Assistant Treasurer, Charles J. Bills the Treasurer, Leonard E. Hurtz the General Manager; Raymond E. Mattison the Commercial Superintendent, Mark T. Caster the Plant Superintendent, George K. Gann the Traffic Superintendent, Calvin P. Russell the Auditor, and George W. Fawell the Commercial Manager.
