Roosevelt is standing at the rear of the passenger car at the left of this view. The brick clock tower looms above the Union Pacific Depot which is viewed from the east. The Chicago and Northwester (C&NW) Freight Station appears in the background to the right of this shot. The south side of the Brunswick Hotel and Restaurant is visible in the distance as is the round cupola of the Dodge County Court House. The smaller cupola is on the roof of the Ruwe Block. Transportation modes include horse drawn wagons, bicycles and steam locomotives. Numerous railway passenger cars may also be noted.
