A 3"x5" acetate negative, copy of a photograph of Kugler Hardware store, Brainard, Nebraska, taken prior to 1920. The corner, one-story, flat-roofed, brick building features large, glass windows divided by double entry doors, facing the unpaved streets with hitching posts. A smaller, one-story brick building, which once housed the pop factory and Brainard's first fire hall, is in the back. The site is now the location of the Brainard Post Office.
