A large group of people, mostly children, sit or stand outside the Peoples City Mission Home at 124 S. 9th Street. They all wear coats and some have on hats and gloves. "Welcome Walk In" is painted over the top of the arched front entryway. Potted plants sit in the windows on either side of the door.
