The Burlington Building, located on the northwest corner of 10th and Farnam Streets in Omaha, Nebraska, can be seen in this black and white lantern slide. There are cloth awnings on the windows on the first three floors of the four-story brick building. Two men are crossing the street in front of the building.
This building housed the offices of the Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Railroad. It was originally a three-story building, but the fourth story was added in 1886. The building was used by the railroad until 1966, and it 1982, it was renovated in order to be used as office space. Source: Spencer, Jeffrey S.
