This power plant, located at 3rd and Main, was constructed privately in 1906by Sam Oliver, who owned it until 1914, when he sold it to corporate interests. It was first owned by Inter-mountain Railway and Power Company, and then by Consumers' Public Power Company. The building was demolished in the 1970s.
