Eugene Ira Doty was born in Nebraska, July 14, 1896, to Ira and Adelia Welch Doty. He married Carolyn Kimball, June 21, 1919, and had one daughter, Jean. He worked as a life insurance salesman. Eugene died September 29, 1947, in California.
