The main building of the Omaha Country Club can be seen in this black and white lantern slide. The two-story brick building has a shingled roof and a front porch with rocking chairs on it. A roof extends from the building to cover the porch and the curved driveway in front of the building. A car is parked on the driveway, next to a low brick wall.
The Omaha Country Club was originally located in the Benson neighborhood. It later relocated to 69th Street and Country Club Road. Spencer, Jeffrey. Historic Photos of Omaha. Nashville: Turner Publishing, 2007, p. 107. The building was designed by Thomas R. Kimball according to Encyclopedia of the Great Plains by David Wishart, 2004.
