Description
Patients lay or sit in beds in this 5-1/4" x 3" black and white plate. Two nurses stand by double-doors leading into the interior of the building. The sun shines through the windows that line the outer wall of the porch.

Historical Notes
In the report, the Superintendent mentions that most of the 246 patients admitted since January 2, 1912, suffered advanced cases of tuberculosis and, therefore, treatment was not as successful as desired. Further statistics and information can be found in the report.
