[photo caption] In 1970, Open House was held in the new I Nebraska State Bank building. Today, Bill Olson is President, Jerry Bruning is Vice President and Glen Vincent is Head Cashier.
[photo caption] The Oshkosh State Bank was built in 1917 and owned by Reuben Lisco and Peter Olson. In 1924 Oshkosh State and Nebraska State Banks merged. Mr. Farrell became President and Manager.
[photo caption] This building south of the railroad tracks and west of Main Street was built for a bank in 1905 on the east side of Main Street. when the railroad made their survey before coming to Oshkosh, it was found to be on the right-of-way. The bank sold it to Archie Wynes and Bushnell. Wynes lived there and had the post office.
