Historical Notes
David, Arthur and Charles Myers were the sons of Thornton B. and Luella Myers of David City, Nebraska. David was born in Nebraska, May 25, 1902. He graduated from David City High School in 1920. He married Velma Budig and they raised two sons, David and Robert. David was chief clerk of the C.B. & Q. railroad in McCook, Nebraska. David died April 23, 1990. Arthur Myers was born in Missouri, May 10, 1904. He graduated from David City High School in 1921. He became chief clerk for the Burlington Railroad in Denver, Colorado, and had one son. Arthur died November 18, 1992 in California. Charles was born in Nebraska, December 12, 1908. He graduated from David City High School in 1926, then moved to Portland, Oregon. He died June 9, 1996, in Medford, Oregon.
