Historical Notes
Rilla B. Brown was born in 1877 to Joseph A. and Martha Dowell Brown. According to 1880 Census records, the family was living in Center Township, Butler County, Nebraska. Rilla was three years old at the time. Rilla married Walter Baldwin, December 28, 1899, in Butler County.
